Join us for a creative and relaxing day at Judbury Community Centre, located on the banks of the beautiful Huon River. This workshop is a perfect opportunity to explore the art of wet felting while surrounded by picturesque nature, utilising locally sourced materials.

Workshop Highlights

• Create a stunning wet felted hat using soft and beautiful alpaca wool.

• Gain the skills to make any wet felted shape: baskets, pouches, booties, hats, vests, mittens

• Choose from a variety of natural tones to bring your unique vision to life.

• Design your own hat and shape it to fit perfectly: sauna hat, regular hat, or novelty hat

• Enjoy a nourishing lunch and morning tea, included in your registration.

Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is designed to inspire creativity and provide a relaxing atmosphere, bring community together through craft, creativity, and food.

Please Note: wet felting is physically demanding, it requires some upper body strength and stamina, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods of time. This workshop is suitable for people over the age of 16. Please send us an email if you have any questions about your suitability for the workshop, of if any reasonable adjustments can be made to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket for any reason, please let us know asap. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

14 days before workshop - 100% refund

7-13 days before workshop - 50% refund

7 days before workshop - No refund (waitlist or replacement dependent)
